As someone who worked closely with A&M's MD for many years, I can tell you his simple philosophy.
If I borrow Rupees one hundred, and return Rupees one hundred (forget interest element), what have I gained?
That's his principle. Borrow 100, return 10 immediately, another 10 after two months, another 10 after your repeated calls, and rest NEVER.
