X5 Vaccum Cleaner telebuy Product - Review. Review on X5 Vacuum Cleaner

I recently bought x5 vaccum cleaner through telebuy. Here am explaining my experience about x5 vaccum cleaner which is shown in most of the TV channels as advertisement.

I am impressed about the features and my wife is also pregnant. So I ordered the product. Here I am sharing my experience as stage by stage with telebuy.

Order experience: Poor

I am ask them for  demo. But they informed me no demo from telebuy. If I have seen their usage demo. Definitely I would not buy this product

Delivery: Poor

Reason:

The delivery person not have idea about the product. He informed me there is separate service team will come and show demo. When I place order they told demo CD is available with product. But till now I am not received any CD from telebuy.

Product Performance:-

Worst

Reason: After 8 hours of charging only 15 mins you can able to use. It not been displayed in TV advertisements(For the Sake of Product Sale).

Usage:-

x5 vaccum cleaner not doing well in Marbles, Tiles and Granites. Telebuy Providing two to three brushes. In TV advertisement they shown as x5 vaccum cleaner can able to clean dust in fan and wall. Its all are Fake words.. x5 vaccum cleaner not suck the dust in fan.

Next Floor Cleaners . We need to rub the floor for more than 3 to 4 times. Than only x5 vaccum cleaner can clean 50% of Dust.  x5 vaccum cleaner  takes nearly 15 mins to clean my floor under cot area surface. Before I complete my cot area floor power gets dropped. So I need to put on charge for next area clean.

Next about their components. In TV advertisement they shown as Single dust collector. But really they have one dust bag in that dust collector. They advised in booklet clean that dust bag for every time to get good performance.

My Points to consider:-

1) X5 Vaccum cleaner product with this minimum operational time(15 mins) not suitable for indian homes.

2) Most of indian homes are not use carpets to cover entire are of home.

3) We not able to clean our walls or Fans efficiently using X5 vaccum cleaner. we can get good results using cloth.

4) No service support or no onsite person from telebuy to demo the product.

I am preparing papers with my lawyers to file a suit against the company for Product. Because other than me no one not suffer from india.
