I feel this review is:
Vistara Airlines Customer relation Depart in horrible. The close the case without any proper investigation and proof. Thought part of TATA’s I feel sorry for such messy department and services. In spite of rigorous followup they don’t respond or provide any evidence. Please check the baggage at Airport only and don’t leave them without proper compensation there and then. Most unprofessional airlines I travelled recently in March 2023.
