As a health insurance adviser, I am very familiar with medical decision making and the process of Insurance claims. Today, I am thoroughly disgusted with Vidal Health TPA limited. Unfortunately Vidal Health is more concerned about making the claim process as obfuscated, cumbersome as humanely possible rather than taking care of people.
I will never buy insurance from this company again. Too much to list here, but I submitted all the needed documents on the 12th of April and then it was one run around after another for everything. After numerous calls & emails to customer service asking for updates, I have been given the reply ranging from the comment that my money should be in my account in the next 3 days -to- the claim being stuck with the backend team. Floor Supervisor Suvarna promises an update within 48 hrs and it's been 2-3 days past the 48 hrs. Consider yourself warned when dealing with these folks.
