I own a Maruti Ritz VDI bought in 2011 November, I use to have good opinion about Maruti and their service.
I have even recommended 3-4 of my colleagues to go for Maruti when they were planning to buy a new car and they bought it as well on my recommendation.
After the first service of my Ritz vehicle there was an oil leak of 3-4 drops from the bonnet below.
Since almost 1.5 years i've been facing this problem, every time I give the car for servicing at VARUN MOTORS, Nanakramguda and explain this problem and they will be saying the problem is resolved while handing over the car to me. Last week i've been 3-4 times to the show room in order to get this problem resolved but it hasn't.
The service here is really pathetic, I dont understand whether people really know and understand the problem. They don't bother the customer's view.
Simply bluff everything is resolved but are really it is not.Worst customer care and horrible service.
Very Very Bad Service and Customer service at Varun- Nanakramguda. I regret now.
