Hello Thomas Cook ,
This is my 3rd tour with Thomas Cook and let met tell you this has been best tour of the experience with Thomas Cook .
Tour is Scenic America with Sheital Agarwaal .
Hotels all superb food was excellent daily we had something new , coach was good , sightseeing was timed well , we were little troubled by rain but then again no pain when Sheital was with us , she made us enjoy every single day.
Her sense of humor, responding to our querries , managing timings , seniors , children , our family was her family from day one she took charge of all. Now my husband is CA and is never use to taking instructions but this girl has been like a daughter and I was amazed my husband use to listen to Sheital like Sheital ne bola hai toh bus karna hai . I was impressed she has the knack of tackling people very well.
Her people skills are also excellent.she can manage every situation .
Hatts off to her parents what a sincere girl never saw her being angry or anything on anyone .
She is the best she kept us happy entertained all the time
Gave us information and extra information also when we won't be with her what to do.
I would rate this east coast experience with her as 100/100 without any doubt and also I would day all 9 families that are leaving her we all are going to miss her .
