Who ever is taking over be very careful with the Company Top & Middle Management. If anyone has to do any thing then they have to have a check the Top & Middle Managers., they are the main culprits. Just fire them blindly & bluntly.
For one manager their are 3 to 4 managers and for one lead their are 3 to 4 leads. One manager and one lead works and others enjoy the fruit of others labor. There are many of this kind. Few of them don't even have the qualification to be in the organization but due to other practices they have sneeaked in.
Who ever bidding for the organization has to ensure that the operations at other locations like Vizaq, Bhubaneshwar, Calcutta has to be closed as their is no proper governance. On ground no policies & procedures are followed..full corruption , Bribing.
Now their is a sudden shuffel at onsite. The manager who were enjoying the fruits of others hardwork being at onsite as non billable have suddenly switched over from one divison to another just to be billable, so that if anyone takes over they would not be at risk. Now vote your voice against this and let the world know about this, so that the hard working employees can have their pie.
At bad times we stand by the organization..but when the time is right to gain the fruit of our labor then these Managers & Reporting Managers takes the major chunks of it.
