This is with reference to the membership taken by me from GLC holidays-Ramada group, for 5 years holiday package.
The executive informed me all the terms and conditions associated with the membership plans of 10 years, but since it was out of my budget, mr. Rajeev insisted me to have a 5 year membership with all the benefits of 10 year membership.
However, I was informed about a month later, that I had to pay extra amc amount for next five years. Also, the 5 year membership did not include the coverage for abroad trips which was informed me after one month. The officials then demanded for extra 18000 rs to get the same done.
I requested them to cancel the membership, for which they told me that I will be incurred 60%cancellation fee. I even then requested them to cancel the membership but the sales head, mr manoj wadhwa lingered the matter till date, and I have lost all 50000 booking amount. Ms pooja chauhan, one of the executive have refused to take any note on the abi e mentioned issue. There is no one to help me out from their team, and I have lost all hopes.
Dear friends, I request you all to never go for a holiday membership from Ramada-A of holidays ever. You will regret once you see their poor service and moreover no one shall be there to entertain your issues within their team. You shall go on losing your hard earned money.
