I was working for Qualcomm as a design lead for four years and know the nasty behavior of the managers there. The place is like a market but seen as a sophisticated junk yard.
More importance is given to non living objects and employees work like mules to make some extra bucks so that in years to come this extra money can be used for treatments of various ailments. they use all kinds of abuses on consultants who work in a pig sty environment and treated with zero dignity.
My suggestion to anyone who wants to have a learning cum living, do not work for this Bangalore centre of Qualcomm. never ever as a consultant unless you can take up all the humiliation. San Diego is better place to work as no such discrimination is seen there.
Please let everyone know of this barbaric place and save the future life of engineers, money can be got by working for companies like intel, Broadcom, lsi, amd etc. where life is seen with respect.
