I am writing this mail in regards to the recent purchase that I did with your website. after almost 15 days I finally received Both product after contacting DTDC courier thrice however when I checked the condition of both the products I was amazed as Mixer was in damaged condition and I know the reason as DTDC told me that the shipment was done Via road not via flight due to that it took 3 days to get the product from Maharashtra to Delhi also there was no covering done to protect wear and tear during transit.
Also the second product which was dispatched from Gurgaon was in such a condition as the box was Hammared many times luckily that was made of stainless steel so no damage inside however I cannot use mixer grinder as main Jar is cracked I have not checked the complete unit as if that is working or not.I Expect that some thing will be done about that.
