I have taken a 03 months subscription to a car wash in Gurgaon Sector 9. The person is not coming regularly. And now for the past 04 days my car has not been cleaned. When I complained to supervisor, he told me that person will come after a few hrs but after a few min he updated the status on the app that my car is not available at location so the car can not be cleaned. And a few times without cleaning the car they updated old photos on the app.
Sales representative has done false promises to take the subscription from me and now they are not picking the call.
So I completely fade up with Park+ services. And I suggest to every one not to take any service from Par+ app.
