Went this Saturday to watch Jurassic World in PVR IMAX . First impression in the counter must usually be the best impression at any cinema hall, wherein it turned out to be worst here.
The face of the ticket conter looked disinterested in giving away tickets . I had to check with her thrice to get the ticket(which was only one left when checked in bookmyshow but the lady claimed it sold out without even checking)
They maintain the 3D glasses so bad that none of the glasses are in good condition.(Picture attached shows how reluctant the staff were in end of the show in dropping the 3D glass we get in 580 rupee ticket).
Somehow for pocket friendly, if we watch in Wednesday the reduce the sound effects to save money.One message to message to PVR: Please treat the customer good which you always fail everytime .
