Victimized by Ola Cab App yesterday with their 3.0X times peak charges concept at 9:15 PM. This was my first time experience with Ola App and I missed to read through their peaking charge concept as I was in hurry. Being a frequent user of Meru cab, I never had such experience ever even used Meru App and Wallet.
Moreover, Ola's SMS tactics of informing the peak charges is tricky which will come along with Driver details and mobile number. So you will put more focus on beginning part of SMS which has driver details rather than later where the peak charges info was mentioned.
Customer care not supportive to refund with repetitive request.There should be some legislation for these companies to stop the unethical way of charging.No more OLA.even if it's come for free.
