Purchased Mi 4x 65 inch smart TV directly from mi online with extended warranty, but the screen is having an issue with grey patch mark visible on white or light color screen. Mi support team nor mi team supporting to rectify the issue nor purchase details and warranty details not available in there system, when have shared the invoice copy with warranty, mi help desk accepted the purchase details and they could not update extended warranty in their mi system. Very pathetic support and service team, they never respond to the complaint raised, instead they close the ticket as resolved without speaking to us nor resolve the issue. Don't ever buy mi tv. Worst experience with investing 55000/ fifty five thousand.
