Despite 2 screens(audi1& audi2) multiplex with around 340 sitting capacity, the Maxx cinema in sonipat city has not been able to grab the crowd. The ticketing staff behaviour is not good at all, some of them are females there and they do not know how to deal with their customers, their way of talking is very disrespectful. Another side the ticket price are also at the high point as we look at the locality around. Inside the theatre sitting arrangement is perfect. In terms of picture quality, its good enough actually but the sound quality is trully very very dull, we do not feel that we are in a multiplex, its like a single screen theatre where we often used to go earlier. Overall I do not recommend this multiplex to anyone. There are many options to go, Not here in this city but some nearby places kilometres away.
