I feel this review is:
Very bad experience.
Morning if you call customer care to get appointment, they does not pick call and if picked you will be in queue for 30 min and the it disconnects.
I do billing for urology doctor and since doctor was busy in operation I kep waiting for 2 hour and then asked for refund but they did not refund, instead doctor assistant asked to get ultrasound done with saperate billing, i got it done, but doctor still not came so she write few medicine.
I asked for refund of doctors consultation. Assistant said I did consultation on doctprs behalf. Andcthey have not refund the money.
Now looks like in max hospital mohali, doctor and assistant doing same work and charge same fees .
They are cutting patients pocket. I never recommend to go to this hospital.
