Great returns but needs lot of focus. Review on Lendbox

I was hesitant to lend at Lendbox due to negetive reviews but I decided to invest with a small amount and this is my detailed review of the experience at every stage of the process. I am a dentist by profession and initially learned about lendbox from my brother in law who took a loan from here and told me how the process works and I was intriguied to give it a try as I had some surplus I got from selling my old car.

Registration: The flashy 36% was really eye catching but it can make some investors careless about it, I registered with Lendbox and paid the registration fees, I got a call from their support executive next day who briefed me about the process and basically how it works.

Bidding/Funding: This perhaps is the most important place one have to focus before starting to invest, a careless assesment and biddings can make you lose some money just like I did(I'll come to that later), I made such early mistakes as well, I would suggest you not to straight up go for 30-36% roi borrowers, those are very high risk borrowers so after getting a call from lendbox employee to not fund only high risk borrowers really helped me out.

I filtered and funded amount of 2, 00, 000 across 3 amounts at 36%, 3 amounts at 20% and 2 amounts at 16%

Returns - 7 Months ongoing

16% - ( 0 EMI's pending)(1 loan fully repaid)

20% - ( 3 EMI's pending)

36% - ( 9 EMI's pending)

What I like:

Great variety of borrowers

Support helps in guiding and investing process

Good interface

Stable website(doesn't crashes or no bugs) 100 times stable website than those crypto exchange I tell you

Decent Dashboard(can be improved)

What annoyed me:

Lack of support for non-payment of EMI's(lol I don't even try anymore but they should at least pick up calls and tell where's the process)

Since they now have the RBI license so the number of defaults so I hope defaults will come less for 30% category so we can really make high returns but it's still great for 14-20% returns.
