It is to inform with great concerns that after purchasing kent super plus three years ago, I have spent almost Rs11000/- for servicing and spares which is almost the same as the cost of Kent water purifier.
To my shock the RO membrane which was replaced in the month of Jan 2016 has got burst inside and water started leaking. It was said that the RO membrane is required to replace every year but due to poor quality or duplicate kent spares I am forced to replace by paying another RO membrane for Rs 2500/- Plus Rs 300/- as service charges on 29 Jun 2016 with in just 6 months.
If the customers to spent such huge money on service and spares every six months and there is no point of having such a branded water purifier. What is promised and shown during installation has proved totally false.
Pl find the attached photos. Can you pl revert with the actual cost of replacement of spares and service charges to be levied and the cost of AMC.
