Online Fraud. Review on Jeetle

Online Auction Fraudi have joined online auction company https://jeetle.in with id: sankit26.I have spent lots of money by purchasing bids for online shopping.This company is fraud as they didn't offer me product instead of my lowest unique bid.Beware of this company.Details of fraud is as below,

My point is why my lowest unique bid 0.31 at 11.37 P.M was not considered instead of some else with lowest unique bid 2.49.
