I thought Jabong was different from other online sellers and but its no different at all. I agree that I've had good experience in the beginning but one simple issue and I'm waiting for the replacement product to arrive forever, With the product nowhere to be tracked. the ORDER status still shows "in transit"-UNTRACKABLE.

replacement order ID: Order #140408388050046 of 08/04/2014 13:00{ request raised from WRONG ACCOUNT by your STUPID REPRESENTATIVE} and you let your customer suffer for your agents unacceptable fault.
After which I requested for refund but I still don't see any request raised as usual. haahaa.
