The Indraprasth Mall at Borivali West is goons den. The Mobile and accessories shopkeepers will cheat you and rob your money. First they will sell you china product with false claim saying it’s an original product. But when your product will stop working and you will try to exchange or complaint the defect of the product they will neither will refund your money nor replace the product. I had happened to purchase the charger. The shopkeeper first showed me a normal charger, but when I requested that I need an original charger he gave me a Lenovo black charger and said its original one and will cost you Rs 600/- I believed in him and purchased it. However the charger didn't last one day, when I tried to replace it. They were not ready to replace neither ready to pay back the money. The entire shops purchase the china made cheap grade materials from Manish Market at whole sale price and fraud the customers with false claim that they are selling original product. Top of that they have no shame to argue, abuse the customer. It was not only my incident I saw other customers were fighting with other shop keepers for the mobile he purchased. the shopkeepers together thrashing the poor customer. I realized that I made a mistake that I came at Indrapasth and purchased item here.
