I have paid for AMC which started from 13-Jun-2015 for my IFB washing machine and struggling to get few issues resolved for the last 2 months.
The service requests I have raised are 1100574059 on 3rd Aug 2015. The technicians came after repeated followup calls and each time they come, they report a new problem and asked me to wait for weeks and weeks.
The direct franchise contact numbers given by IFB care are either always busy or they are not responding.Now, I lost hope of getting the service persons from IFB and have raised a final complaint(Req. no: 1100656850) to get back my AMC amount. But there is still no response even after 4 days of this complaint.
Now, I have decided to buy a new washing machine but definitely not IFB bcos of the poor services.Can any one help me to take my concerns to the highest escalation point in IFB to get my AMC amount Rs 3876/- to be returned back to me.
