Trust Mussoorie hotel Mall Palace to to ruin your holiday and your experience of queen of hills Mussoorie. We took the super deluxe room(the most expensive) in this Mall Palace hotel in Mussoorie, we got a leaking and a creaking toilet and an infested room, on complaining we were shown another room in this Mussoorie hotel which was stinking like a garbage dump, finally we settled for their deluxe room which was just about livable.
After bearing all that in Mall Palace Musoorie hotel, on checkout we found that our car stereo was stolen, we had hid the mouth of the stereo in the dash board.We told the manager that this was a inside job as the hotel staff had the keys to the car and only somebody who knew that the stereo mouth was in the car could do this, but we were told this was not the hotel's liability. Go to this Mussoorie hotel Mall Palace at your own peril.A third class Mussoorie hotel run by a third class staff.
