I am Sivakumar Swaminathan, My policy number is 15762875.
I surrendered my policy on 16 February 2018 at 10:00 A.M. as per my NAV fund value at that particular time and as per my service request details of respective SR Number 1- 23259343562
I should get 227079.20 rupees in my bank account but I got only 225833 rupees.
Later I discussed with the branch personal but no use.
I need exact reason and why such deviation happened.
Till today there is no proper justification from HDFC life customer care.
