I would like to share my bitter experience with the couple of interviews that I have attended in HCL Technologies Ltd.

FIRST when I was a fresher, I attended the interview at HCL Technologies, at Navins WSS Towers, Pudupet, Chennai, in BPO domain. There was  huge crowd gathered there. Everyone with a great dream to join a MNC that is HCL, but the incident that happened there was pathetic. The HR people just collected the resumes from all the Candidates and announced that due to huge crowd, we are unable to conduct the interview, So we will call you back if your profile suits our expectations. But no information came from them about the selection.

SECOND incident happened recently to me when I am a experienced Professional. This time what happened was I got a mail from HCL stating that your profile has been shortlisted for Face 2 Face interview at HCL Technologies at Sholinganallur, Special Economic Zone SEZ, Chennai. I reached the venue, they didn't even allow me to attend the interview stating that we are looking only for candidates with 4+ years of experience, but you have only 2+ years of experience. I called the HR from whom I got the CALL Letter and asked him why he called me for a interview when I have only 2+ years of experience, but he just casually told sorry for the mistake. When argued further, the HR collected my resume and told that we will map your resume to a project in HCL which requires 2+ years of experience. They told that I will get a call soon regarding the telephonic interview round from the concerned project leads, but I didn't get a call back. HCL Technologies again showed its UnEthical Face to me. I didn't even get a mail or call whether my resume got shortlisted or not.

HCL is heartless IDIOT company, which doesn't have a basic MANNERS * of informing that your profile does not meet our requirements(at least through mail), because they don't even conduct the interviews in a ethical manner. The HR people in HCL doesn't have a work ethics. They do *Injustice to their profession. They don't even respect their profession. They are professional idiots.

They only select candidates through employee referral. My questions is that if you want to select candidates through employee referral, go ahead and do that, Why are you wasting others Time and Money by just collecting the Resume of all candidates just for showing great Counts? We are wasting our Time and Money by travelling to interview venue and Also HR idiots in HCL doesn't know the frustrations and depressed feelings of a candidate being getting rejected in a interview for no reason.

I am sincerely posting this review to educate people to mentally get set before attending the Fake interviews conducted by this heartlLess company HCL Technologies, since I got hurt badly and depressed mentally by the Fake interviews conducted by HCL Technologies Ltd.
