I had a bad experience in Dr.Agarwal eye hospital when I went for checkup. Once they received the consulting fees(Rs.150/-) and asked me to wait for nearly 2 hours without any drops. After enquiring them they told that there is shortage of doctor and they didn't even care and replied to me y lethargic.
Eventhough we contacted the customer care number they told they will call to the desk and revert me. But nothing happened. The doctors also checking it for name sake.
