The people are really worst in service, the parcel has not been picked up after even two days, never mentioned the customer inquiry number also in pickup receipt delhivery challan. Pick up guys are telling lie by not coming to pickup address and you people are inactive by receiving money in advance. even after booking the parcel in express service. You people are so bad in your operational system.
If you really opt for good and on time service
Don't go for delhivery
