Dapoli is one of the finest beach in and around Konkan. Some times it is better than Goa because of neat and clean and virgin beach. Seems that is your person beach
On Friday morning we start by our ALTO Car at 7.00 a.m for Dapoli and reach Dapoli by 12.30 p.m. We took the below route
o(Route map via Tamhini Ghat *(192 km): Pune - Chandani Chauk - Paud - Mulshi - Dongarwadi - Tamhini Ghat - Vile - Nijampur - Mangaon - Veer - Ambet - Mhapral - Shenale - Mandangad - Dapoli)
We are staying in Hotel as we took Nivas as those was House cum Staying which is maintain by villager’s that is quiet economy and neat and clean. Food was home made prepared by them including breakfast too. Non-Veg: 130 and Veg: 100 and breakfast: Rs. 20/-and tea is 5/-.
And below is our Itineraries for 3 day’s and 2 night. But you can decide as per your convienence.
Day 1: *
1. Visit Panhalekaji Caves, Chandika Mata Temple & Unhavare Hot water Springs and checking to hotel at around 1.00 noon.
Lunch at Hotel
2. Visit Murud Harnai Beach and Durga Devi Temple in the afternoon.
3. Take a boat ride deep in to the sea see Suvarna Durga fort or do para sailing if it fascinates you.
4. Watch sunset and return back to your hotel.
Day 2: **Start early in the morning for Dolphin spotting and reach Karde beach
1. First boat starts at 7:00 AM sharp and it takes about 30 odd min to come back.(so try to reach at 6.30 for dolphin watch)
2. Spend some time in the water and return to your hotel
3. Visit Murud Harnai Beach and Durga Devi Temple
4. Keshavraj(Vishnu) and Vyaghreshwar(Shiva) Temple(located at Aasud, at a distance of just 8 km from Dapoli on the Dapoli - Harnai road)
5. Folks can visit few additional places around Dapoli like ladghar(Reddish Sea), Krishi vidyapeeth kiosk.
6. Return to your hotel at evening.
Day 3(check out day at around 9.00 a.m)**Start at 7 a.m and go to Harney Beach – Machi Bazar and return to Hotel for Breakfast and check-out. Today we go towards KELSHI(34 Kms).
1. Bhairav Ram Temple(locate at Aadi near Dapoli)
2. Kadyawarcha Ganpati and Anjarle Devi temple
3. Mahalaxmi Temple and Yakub Baba Darga(after crossing Kelhi village)
4. Tsunami Hills

Places of Interest you can visit in and around Dapoli - Harne – Kelshi
1. Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth:-** You can visit the University and a walk through its campus is really rejuvenating, you can see lots of different varieties of Plants in the farms and gardens of the university.
2. Suvarnadurg and kanakdurg - Harne:** - Located at 17 kms. from Dapoli at Harne, The Suvarnadurg fort consists of two forts, kanakdurga the land fort and Suvarnadurga the sea fort. The forts were built by Adilshah and later captured and fortified by Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in 1660.
3. Macchibazar(Fish Market) - Harne:-** is a big port and lots of fishing trawlers and ships come here everyday with fresh fish from the sea. There is a local fish market which assembles at the beach every morning at 9.00 a.m and evening at 4.00 p.m.
4. Keshavraj and Vyaghreshwar:-** The Temples of keshavraj and Vyaghreshwar are located at Asud near Dapoli, and is a beautiful place to visit. the temple is situated on a Hill near the village. The walk is through dense plantations of coconut and beetle nut trees and is a very pleasant experience.
Activities -Dolphin ride at Dapoli beach in the morning(which now stoped), Para lifting at Dapoli and Murud Beach, Can buy fish(if non vegetarian) at Harnai.
