I visited Shri Dagdusheth ganpati mandir in pune last Sunday. I had heard a lot about it and had went there 6-7 years ago.
Well the temple is on a very busy street. And there is a lot of traffic jam always. While entering the temple there was a long, very long queue. So many people thronging, pushing arguing. The temple security is there every where. They are very rude. Another annoying thing is that the flower and prasad sellers just get after you forcing you to buy something. This should be stopped! .
Inside the temples sanctum sanctorum there is so much commotion! There is absolutely zero peace or tranquility. I was very disappointed when the priest just throwed away the flowers I offered in the direction of the idol and the security did not let me stqnd there for 2 seconds even! I had travelled a long way to get the darshan and put my mind at ease. But the scenario here was very disturbing. I wont go there again. It needs better management. And guys please take care of your footware.
