If you are a Puneite.it's not possible that you have not had this milk. Chitale milk is the largest selling milk brand in Pune. The second largest is Katraj Dairy.
Chitale's cow milk is the best and quality product you can get in Pune stores. It is not very popular in the new sub urbs of Pune but old Pune literally lives on it.
The quality of pasteurized milk is really good and you can make home made ghee with this as the cream you get is real thick.
The taste of the plain milk is little sweet but add some sugar for better taste. Chitale milk is largest selling milk in Pune only for the reason the quality they offer. I personally like this milk because of it's taste. My brother prefers buffalo milk over this. But, 4 star for pure quality maintained for so many years.
