I feel this review is:
When a patient comes for any procedure, they are made to wait for a minimum of 4 hours. We are the card holders of CGHS so to enable any healthcare facility we are to visit only those hospitals that are prescribed in their list. So for my mother in law's eye problem we had to visit this hospital. For her condition she had to take injections in the eye a few times. All the time the experience was same and no improvement. This happens even after taking a prior appointment. Why can't they tell us the time correctly even after us making it clear that we live more than 70 kms away? Even government hospitals don't make us wait this long! Wouldn't prefer this place if we had a choice!
