I had applied for online PAN Card from NSDL . NSDL had sent my PAN Cart . on June 17, 2017 By Blue Dart .And my PAN Card was reached in my area on June 22, 2017. I did not receive any SMS from Blue Dart . That my courier has reached . And the Blue Dart had sent it return on June 23, 2017. Nor did I know that my courier has been return . When I went to the Blue Dart office in my area. she says that your courier was returned on June 23 When I asked why this happened, he said that by mistake it was sent to returned . Blue dart that the Courier service is very Bad.
