I bought a Bajaj Ct 100 in the year 2005 through a loan with Bajaj Finance and I cleared all EMI's on 2008. After one year, they gave me a loan clearance certificate.
Then I sold my bike to another person on 2011. But now on 2013 December, they have sent a notice through the court that my one EMI has not been cleared and Rs.2251/- balanced come on to lok adalat.
Haha, what a joke. When I asked the customer care, they told me please show me your form 35. Afterwards, we will try to cancel your litigation. I told them, we have no form 35 because they have submitted to RTO.
They told me this is not our problem. We don't know any thing. You take a loan from our side and you didn't pay one EMI and this information is shown by our system. So we can't help to you.
Then, I went to RTO office and find my documents and got all proofs of clearance. Now, I'll file a harassment case against Bajaj Auto Finance. So beware and don't go with Bajaj Auto Finance.
I've attached my all clearance certificates. India's biggest Auto finance is Bajaj Finance.
