Anjali Jewellers have several show rooms in the city. Just couple of years back, they have opened a new showroom just next to 45 bus stop on Raja S.C Mullick road, just beside the petrol pump. This place hardly 15 minutes distance from my place.
I visited this place once and going to write a review on it. It is a nice fully air conditioned show room. I have gone there seeing some valentine day offers on news paper and it was 13th February.
I was guided to the first floor. I observed there are several sections categorized for gold, silver, diamond and costume jewelry items. I first visited costume section but did not like the items, so moved on to silver ornaments section. I liked a Ganapati Pendant in for my wife and decided to purchase it.
Then I was guided to the cash counter where I could use either cash or card. I opted for card and the transaction completed with in 5 minutes. Then, I was handed over the stuff with a nice bag.
Once I came out of the show room, I was guided to the back side where I was gifted a nice key ring, it was a valentine day special purchase gift. There was a counter near by and if any one interested to start monthly installment scheme with Anjalai, they could start. After depositing a fixed amount of money for 12 months, they are assured to get an ornament at the 13th months. So, it was a good option for the women in deed!
The ambiance of this showroom is quite good, sophisticated with nice decor, staffs are professional and courteous. So, I liked the experience!
But, the main concern, I was not satisfied with the price range and the collection of items. I expected much better item at the price I paid, and also the design was just average.
Being a branded and popular name in Jewelry industry, people are keen to visit Anjali. But, this was my first and last. I will not visit this place again as I do not like collections and prices range.
So, I do not recommend it.
