I would describe AAFT as an exciting and dynamic campus. The best thing about being a student here is the number of creative opportunities that are available. I was initially attracted to this institute because of its repute and the many celebrity visits it holds occasionally. Post my admission I experienced the type of infrastructure and resources the school provides will definitely help me achieve my career goals.
The best thing about the academic programs is that our course curriculum has more focus on practical training rather the classroom teaching. Every class is fun, educational and interactive. As students, we are encouraged to think of a unique idea, do research and test a prediction. Having the freedom to think out loud is the philosophy followed here at AAFT. I feel extremely lucky to be in an environment that allows me to conduct research on what interests me the most, so in all my time here I have never felt bored.
To any new student joining an educational institute, the mentorship is very important. Our teachers have been always supportive. My mentor has helped me get a good grasp on my skills and the subject knowledge. If could become a better professional today, it is all because of my faculty and mentor. Occasional industry visits, on-campus interactive sessions from experts, exhibitions and seminars are all at our disposal. AAFT has facilitated us with every opportunity that can make all the difference between getting what you want and having to settle for second best.
AAFT is a 24 year old training and education initiative of the reputes Marwah Studios in Noida Film City. It is multicultural, open and committed to research at the highest standards. I would say the latest technology equipped Film and TV shoot studio setup, the production suite and equipments give every student the best of film-making environment which is incomparable to any other private or public film schools in this region. The supportive training I have received at this school has enabled me develop industry skills in the creative field of film-making. I have been lucky to get both in-house and outdoor exposure to learn about cinematography, acting, production and direction under one roof.
For those students who wish to pursue a career in films and television production, acting and direction, I would heartily recommend AAFT as it offers not only the fantastic academic environment, but also interdisciplinary initiatives where you can learn all sorts of skills, and enjoy rewarding social exchange and cultural life.
