I recently opened an account at 5 paisa.com. Although I was promised for a refund of Rs. 650 account opening charges, they denied on some or the other excuses. Firtsly they didnt inform me when my account was activated. So the time window of 1 week already passes by, within which you have to pay in Rs. 25, 000. I believe this is being done intentionally. So by the time one comes to know that his account is activated, 1 week is already gone. So as per their rules Rs. 650 cant be refunded .
So kindly be aware of this gimmick.
If u r ready to forego rs.650, and agree to be content with the advantage of RS. 10 PER TRADE( which is quite attractive as compare to hundreds of rs of brokerage charged by reputed broklers), it is fine to trade here.
But now I have started recieving calls from another discount broker which says ZERO brokerage. so pl.check that also.
