Watch it, if you haven't already, it is worth ever penny spent. If you Liked Hyderabad Blues and Bollywood Calling you are going to Love Nagesh in this one. That's the first thing I want to say.

Amalgamation of Parallel and Commercial cinema. If Nagesh Kuknoor is a Good Director, then guys he deserves an award for his acting. Ditto for Juhi and Naseer. The movie deals with emotions of three convicts sentenced to DEATH.

One has been framed in case and is a simpleton, as far as being street smart is concerned. There is a lawyer who knows how he can fight hiscase, but is not interested in litigation actions. and Then comes the Third , an actor right from the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, who has comitted homicide and is not ashamed of it, as it had a reason. The three lay the true foundation of the story. If that is what you think then Wait, here comes the Quintessential Documentary film maker.

Juhi exhilirates a performance which breathes. The character is charming in its own sweet manner. A without Makeup performance for someone who has been a Miss. India. Kudos to Nagesh for making Juhi look different behave different, which was till now only an accomplishment made by the Jhankar Beats director Sujoy Gosh. Now, the story takes the final shape and starts to roll when the four meet. The three convicts have obviously met, but how they end up meeting a Documentary fil maker is by her intuition and idea to make a Documentary on Prisoners. She decides to take up the story of the three convicts and make a doucmentary on it.

The director could have definitely made it a little more realistic and funny. The fun was left for only Naseer to provide with. The four stories have been woven well enough and Nagesh you got the yarn spinning absolutely right.

For the Indian audience a bilingual may not work, that is what evryone thoguth when Jhankaar Beats released, but it is a HIT. So, anybody wants to underestimate the audience anymore?

Yes, I do agree that there is a difference between Jhankaar and 3 Deewarein. This movie does need more of Hindi dialougues. To end, all I want to say is if you can watch and appreciate MPKDH, please go for this one.

Atleast for all the four Superb actors.
