I received the product in time.


But received the wrong colored sweatshirt with dull/low quality rubber printing over the shirt.


Totally unsatisfied with the received product.


I had requested for light grey sweat shirt as shown in your website.


But you have shipped a dark grey colored shirt, which no where match the image depicted in your website.


And the quality of rubber print is very dull, although looks faded.


Also, the graphic print is not centered as expected, its printed more to the right by 2 cm, and looks too odd.


Hence, I request you to exchange the shipped sweat shirt with another sweat shirt of my choice: https://24hoursloot.com/product/48f38ba9061f6d2499f43bcccbb46710/sub/1451

Please note, for custom printied t-shirt or any other item, we do not have any exchange policy, as we can not re-sell a custom printed items to anyone. For processing of orders under both return and exchange policy, you have to visit our help desk send us your order number(If possible, please tell us why do you want to return or exchange the item. That will help us to improve our quality and service.). We will get back to you in maximum 2 working days with instruction for sending the item back.


Please download this form and send the print out of the filled out form with returning item(s).


However please note return/exchange will only be accepted if item is in original package and has not been washed/worn/repacked/used ever. We will only be able to exchange an item(where exchange is due to our mistake), if we have that particular item in our inventory, otherwise we will not be able to exchange it.


As said above, they wont exchange the custom printed T-shirts even though if they have sent a wrong colored T-shirt, since they can't sell to anyone.

I agree with washed and to some extent - worn but what the heck is - repacked? should n't the buyer open the package and glance the product?


I might be misunderstood with above phrase, but its the responsibility of 24hoursloot.com to put up their policies clearly without ambiguities.


I would be updating this review after the support team reverts back with resolution to my problem.
