Excell service provider. Review on 24 Online Client

I have been using the excell broadband with 24 online client for almost 3 years. I have a 2mbps plan and mostly works well and I haven't experienced any kind of drops in the speed levels so far.

I live in a town where there are not many broadband service providers. I can hardly find 2-3 providers out which exell broadband is a bit better so I had to choose this.

The only thing I dislike is that the service of this broadband is horrible. I had to wait for 2 days for the customer support service agent to solve the problem after lodging the complaint.

And I also noticed that when ever there's a rainfall or lighting the Internet service goes down and this remains like that for 12-20 hours. I have tested the the speed using speedtest tool and found that I received the full speed. It would be better if they come up with new plans as there are only few plans available and also make this broadband a bit affordable. With these speeds you can watch online movies and stream videos with some buffering.I recommend this broadband to normal users only.
