Today in the morning, I have seen something that prompted me to write this opinion.
All of you must be knowing about few safety precautions that we have to take while using a mobile. Please go through the instruction manual of your cello phone if you have not read it so far.
Cell phone is a very handy instrument and during emergency it is very useful only if you take adequate precaution.
---------------------
What is the incident?
---------------------
There is gas leakage and a man wants to call fire brigade using his cell phone.
That’s a dangerous situation. Small spark from your cell phone may cause explosion.
Please do not use your cell phone in case:
There is any leakage of LPG / CNG or gases like hydrogen
If there is any leakage of solvent like patrol, acetone, benzene etc
If you see any liquid spillage from any road tanker. Because we do not know the property of that liquid
Go to a safe distance against the direction of atmospheric air and use cell phone only if it is necessary. Please do not use cell phone in:
A place where explosion can take place e.g. warehouse of LPG cylinders, a chemical scrap yard.
A chemical industry that you are visiting for any business. Before using please ask someone who knows about the operation of that industry.
An area or building where use of cell phone is prohibited. Radio frequency may disturb operation of electronic equipment. Some equipment used for medical purpose may not work properly.
Person with pacemaker – Please follow the instruction as mentioned in the instruction manual.
Person driving advanced car - Please follow the instruction as mentioned in the instruction manual.
---------------------------------------------------------
Please read the instruction book of your cell phone very carefully. There is very useful information in that small book. Do not forget to share this inform with your near one especially kids.

I have copied few things from the book I have. Like to know your comments, if any.
