Poor Quality Construction with seepage everywhere, RCC roof slab having cracks and no response from builder on resolution of any issue. People keep sending mails, filling complaint book, but seems they dont care. 2 years of possesion but club house gym are still under construction. people fighting for solution and chasing builder but they always have some excuse. Worst experience with this builder. Beware before investing money. People who had flat are having no choice now as almost all flats are of IT people having loans
