Worst customer care and support team of Wavecity. I tried many times to contact to team but after sale the flats no body responds. Even I paid to all payment which from my side but no body inform me for other formality still they are not handover my flat and still pending my registry. Before sale the flat they are handling proper but after that they are not handling proper in short APKO KHUD INKE PICHE PADNA PADEGA. TABI KAM HOGA VERNA NHI………….AGAR APNE PAYMENT NAHI KIA TO USKE PENALTY JARUR LAG DENGE….

The Dilbird management is pathetic, the society is not yet ready - do not relocate unless you don't have an option.

Frequent power cuts, residents complaining of cracks in flats, repair issues all across, every day issue with water supply - nothing seems to be in order.

residents have been complaining to both wave management and dilbird team but no body is willing to help.

PATHETIC Customer Service they give to the customers?

No one helps to solve problems, no response on e-mail, phone they dont' pick and verbally they don't value their promises

Nogrievance hierarchy.

Sales people made wrong promises in order to sale, customer service denies and no grievance hierarchy?

one person promises and other denies, whereas they both represent same company? Is this the way to sell things by saying anything and after that denying.

Where to report the matter dont know.what to do.
