Do not invest your hard earned money in this SRA project or for that matter any SRA projects . If you invest your money in the free sale flats of any SRA project and in case of change of builder, you may lose your money as we have been left in the lurch by SRA since the builder Radius Developers has been removed as a developer of this project without the consent and knowledge of the existing home buyers. This project has now been taken over by Chandak Builders. This project is jinxed and hence would recommend home buyers to stay away from this project irrespective of the builder.
