Early application of maintenance charges!

We have just moved into this building and we do not have water supply or electricity and they still make us pay maintenance charges! This is a huge issue that I have with them! Also, the maintenance charges are really high!

Even after pleading with them to give us our flats as soon as possible, the construction has not started yet. So, clearly they have no interest in making the flats, so beaware of them and do not let your money get wasted.

Often it so happens, that both the parties including the buyer as well as the is represented by the real estate agent who tries very hard to sell the property and from getting a right deal and are also very secretive about sharing this inventory list with other agents.
