Booking Amount not Refunded VTP Earth one Project

Review on VTP Township Codename Blue Waters, Mahalunge, Pune

I cancelled booking for VTP Eart one within 5 days from booking but still VTP is not ready refund my booking amount of 1 Lac Rs.

As per RERA, if we cancel the booking within first 15 days, full amount should be refunded. This is going against RERA rule.

Can any one else faced the same issue from VTP Earth one project can somebody help me out to get my amount back.
