I am highly dissatisfied with the project's pace. During the booking, they assured possession by December 2024 while Rera possession date is March 2025. With only one year remaining, they have completed the structure for just three floors out of the 25 planned(T3). Now upon following their customer relationship managers suggest considering the Rera date with a six-month grace period. This project is going to be severely delayed delays, like seen in many of their previous projects. They are highly unprofessional and unethical as they deleted old location and added new to delete the negative reviews on google.


I strongly recommend against booking with them.

I am owner of flat in Tower 6 Hi Life Wakad, which is part of phase 2 and was supposed to be completed in Dec 2023. However I am yet to receive possession. VTP has asked for grace period twice.
