False commitment from Sales - Do not book the flat

We booked our two units in VTP HiLife project considering the brand name and value to commitment. But in actual my experience from sales team( to be specific Harjinder Ji) is not good.
During my booking, I specially mentioned that I need the covered car Parking in T2 tower 3rd floor(below podium) parking(As my parents are old, I needed the nearest parking to my apartment) to Mr Harjinder. But he completed my booking form in my absence(car parking option mentioned in RED color not filled in front of me). The day of registration, I kept the booking on hold when I understood that its open car parking. Then I had a meeting(August 2019) along with Harjinder, Santosh Palande, Bivin, Ajay Singh(Agent). During meeting Harjinder has given the reason that no covered car parking allotted to small area apartment, which then I understand its fake. Then in the meeting Harjinder promised me to give two adjacent covered shade(Open area parking covered by VTP with the size and kind of material of the parking shade) car parking near to T2 apartment as per my wish. To go ahead I accepted it and did the registration. Also at that time I asked Harjinder & Abhishek to mention the same in our booking form which was accepted by Harjinder.
As a proof I have shared the audio recording of the meeting to VTP team. Now Mr Harjinder & CRM team is running away from his commitment & is not ready to provide the shade over the parking area.
I escalated the topic to CRM team, but they are supporting Harjinder without giving me any reason. As they are on false side, they are not even allowing me to escalate this topic to Mr Sachin Bhandari.
Mr Harjinder is giving false commitment for the sake of booking the flats.
