I visited this project recently, it gives lavish feel. The way I dream about my apartment it almost same. So many amenities provided.

I have not buy as it is far from my current place. Rest everything was best.

I purchased flat in 2021 and was told that possession will be in next 6 months by Sales team. However, dates changed while I did the agreement. Now I hoped to receive the possession at dec 22. Still i have not received posession and CRM team says project completion date is Jun 24 and that should be considered as final now. There is no logic in what they pitch while selling flat and what they actually delivering. I am loosing rent, then there is no income tax exemption because there is no soft possession letter and I cannot ask bank to start advance ad hoc repayment of loan because amount is not fully disbursed. I am really frustrated with service and false commitment from vtp builder.

It's Feb 24 now. CRM team says that possession will be received by end of February. However there are top 2-3 floors pending with major civil work. Why would government give OC in such case. There is no credibility on VTP. Pathetic delivery and worst builder

Imagine the agony one would go through after paying crores of rupees to the builder and then waiting endlessly for possession. It is the pain that VTP customers are going through for the past several months.

At the time of booking, sales team falsely promises to deliver flat 6 months/2 years before RERA date, but after customer has booked flat and has shelled out more than 90 percent of amount, crm team justifies delay in possession with +6 months buffer on RERA date and many other extensions. So it is evident that customers will have to wait for at least RERA date + 6 months extension.

Hopeless customers are left in between with no visibility as there is no transparency in VTP. It is so hard for customers to get any response from VTP and when any response is received it is a false promise.

Many things were hidden at the time of booking. They never mentioned fire safety pipes during booking and even sample flats were missing those. But later they hung many pipes in flats, giving the flats a look of warehouse, in the name of fire safety. Whereas other builders keep pipes within walls and only sprinklers visible as required. When you ask why this was not shown in the sample flat - you get a response - sample flat has a clause of not matching 100 percent with actual flat.

When the customer continuously follows up VTP promises with a possession date which keeps on changing for years. Regretful and sorrowful customers visit the project to find a lot of pending work, and to realize the false possession date, and that the money customers spent to buy overpriced flats on premium price, is stuck for several years.

VTP works aggressively to get new customers by promising them falsely and is relaxed for existing customers. So before booking any flat at VTP, first communicate with its existing customers, and then set your hopes for a delayed possession so that you do not despair in future.

VTP reality is not delivering their old projects to their old customers and not guiding to us on TDS. Giving false commitment while buying their flats once sold they don't care their customers. They don't work towards customer satisfaction.

We gave them money not to leason reasons. Other builders from same area had handed over their project before aggrement dates but not by VTP reality. This is the reality of his projects.

If they are top brand how come they missed small things even small builders not missing.

They are busy in launching different project and buying medal they don't care their existing customers at all.

They said they will complete phase 1 then work on phase 2 but they started commercial and focus on earning money.

Poor communication, no focus on completing existing projects, not meeting deadlines..

Commited to handover during sale Dec 2021

In Aggrement possession Date Jun 2022.

New dates Given as Dec 2022.

Now giving new dates as Jun 2023 after sending multiple emails to CRM.

Almost they are fail in all to achieve single date which tells the progress and how giniune builder they are.

Fake possession dates, 4+ years passed still work in progress. Had committed to provide possession on June 21 to Dec 2021 ( RERA Date before covid was june 2022) but still not providing final possession dates. Tarikh pe tarikh and that also fake. CRM people don’t know anything about project plans their standard reply is "Rest assured bla bla bla". Gives feel like you have bought some kind of 100 Rs. vegitables. VTP don’t care about people's hard earned money what problems they face after investing such huge amount on buying home.

Never invest in VTP

1 Poor quality of work, even a builder who is new can provide better quality of work.

2 CRM are of no use, not able to provide any update for anything.

3 VTP management not able to come and discuss customers issues

4 No proper communication for possession dates.

Worst builder in Pune. Not give possession on time. Customer support and CRM are non-professional, Not linked with the sales team and CRM, Both are saying different things regarding the project. MGMT is also not supportive. specially CEO sachine Bhandari. They are only focus on Marketing And launched the project without taking RERA no from RERA. VTP MGMT give money to RERA and politicians fro extend the possession Date, and customers suffered a lot of problems. Please stay away from VTP Project. I bought a Project on VTP pegasus in Dec 2019 and they told me that we give possession on DEC 2020 but still didn't get possession and every time they failed on the promised date.

We had booked a project in VTP Urban Nest, Pune in 2015 and though we got the flat possession after few years, we are still waiting for a parking allotment. A legal parking, for which we have a proper allotment letter, was illegibly confiscated by your team for some other work. It has been around an year, and no one gives even a response on our queries.

Your onsite time is so lethargic as well as shameless, that we must have given 25 reminders to them, but they dont even bother to respond.

Though we can file a legal case as well, but it seems your team is not bothered about that as well.

Please stop fooling gullible people and your brand is a sham, which is running by false marketing glitz.

Kindly mend your ways as delivery always precedes marketing in the longer run.

I had booked a flat in bell air VTP project in Mahalunga area frankly speaking initially was much afraid as had not seen the site and yet had not seen the site but as came in touch with the staff and their dealings I was very much pleased. Miss Reema Kamble who is responsible from the company to deal with us is so responsible and quick in offering the service and details, she is so humble and kind and whatever queries I had she very politely and calmly explained and made me feel better and now I do feel that I took a right decision by dealing with VTP all credit goes to Miss Reema Kamble as not in touch with any other person but I am sure every staff must be a gem in the crown of the VTP developers.

Yeah regarding Miss Reema Kamble I would not mind to say that she is the real gem of person and dedicated and hard working person as even during her off days either be on Sunday or any other off day she never ignored infact helped out with whatever possible way she can. People like Miss Reema Kamble make the name of the company glow like a shining star and I am more than glad that is is our responsible relationship manager between us and VTP

I am glad to have been dealt by such a down to earth person at work and I appreciate her help and all effort she made to comfort us in our queries and issues. I would really give a big thanks to Miss Reema Kamble. Thank you so much.

I have personally visited VTP solitaire a few days back, no doubt the flats are amazing and the location is near to baner, but the drawback here is it is near to the Nala which ruins your mood completely. think before buying a flat with VTP solitaire.

I and my husband was planning to buy our 1st house in the Hinjewadi area, but I wanted a spacious kitchen and living room, we were looking for ready-to-move-in projects & nothing good was available. then we visited VTP Bluewaters and liked the project, It is not ready to move in the project but definitely worth a wait.

I booked flat in Bluewaters and the project got delayed with no possession in sight.

In every meeting they give new deadlines.

Their CRM is the worst ever...

Also even after having written confirmation from builder, now they are plainly denying it.

How can one trust such builder!!

We were started the search for our first ever home in Pune , so obviously lots of expectations and budget plan was there.

When we come across to VTP Pegasus project it was simply amazing. The sales person Mr. Shushant was so supportive and answered all our queries. The sales team is so supportive in all aspects. If anyone wants to invest in this please go ahead , you will definitely get most of the best lifestyle in this township as its in nearby kharadi Pune.

VTP is building almost 30 buildings in Pune and each has 30 stories and 4-6 flats per floor. It is going on since long and no project is delivered yet.

Their possession time is increasing years on MahaRera website.

I really liked the product but complete project will take years assuming by end of 2035

The way Shweta explained and helped us to sail through this proceedings of booking was mind-blowing. She helped us in choosing a flat according to our requirements, and also cleared lot of doubts. Being new to city she was helpful in completing our booking in one day. Overall it was grt experience to be der in VTP sales office. I will surely recommend my frnds to be part of VTP family.

I took their cab facility and I was happy with the way the sales rep explained everything in a way that was easy to understand to seeing the sample unit and till the buying process. This made it really easy for me to buy at Pegasus project located in Kharadi. I can foresee the location turning into a big hub with so many big projects in and around.
