This has been one of the most disturbing elements in the real estate with regards to the increase in tax rates since the investors have to calculate how much profit can be retained after taxes. Some measure need to be taken to impact the changes in the tax regime in a less negative way.

Every year, it is seen that the buyer is ought to experience Rs.50-100 psqft price change and this has been increasing every alternate week on the infrastructure fees. This should not be the case and should change for the benefits of the customers.
