Project look is very good . I was almost about to buy the flat, then I visited area in the night and man that sound is something. Nobody would like to stay in locality which is 24x7 buzzing with an irritating sound.

This is basic fault in engineering they have done. Once it is rectified, one of the best place to own an apartment. Rest of the layout is very beautifully done.

I visited this place on march 2019. The house construction is not good compare to other apartments.

The aminites is same as per other apartment. No extra faclilites like jacuzzi or others. I am not happy with the location too. They can still come up with other facilites. The sales exceutive should be still more expert to advice.

Nice project, still it's in completion stage, but quality is very good compare with other projects in sarjapur road, which I saw few days back. good ventilation from all directions and free space. it's well located in sarjapur road quick accessible all neighborhood.

Good Quality apartment for best price in sarjapur road with natural light and ventilation above 60% open space 0% deviation, customer friendly builders go for it without thinking anythig if u are really looking for bst quality homes.good quality materials maintained here

There are many inventories in bangalore and around sarjapur area.

Don't fall for this builder even if you get flat for lower price.

At first, they will attract customers by promising many things.

The builder is inexperienced first time builder. Just because builder has some ancestral properties which was purchased by his grandfather

(Ex- RTO), he started building projects with zero knowledge.

Already there are many people who got cheated or were lucky to escape from this project.
